Summer!!!...

but only in St. George! We are finally back from our long road trip to St. George, Utah. We came back to 60 degree, rainy weather here in Idaho!
On our trip we were able to see and do lots of fun things including; visit our friends the Ruppers, go boating with the ODriscolls, see my brothers, stay with Grandma and Grandpa, and most importantly spend time with Daddy! We were gone for three weeks, so we were able to see Tristan for three weekends in a row. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Tristan and I were able to spend a couple of nights in Vegas too, just with Carter. It was a bit of a long drive, but the drive time itself was nothing compared to the money we paid out in gasoline! What a crock. Bad timing for a road trip I guess.
We had a wonderful time and were enjoying sunny St. George as much as always. It was so wonderful being able to go swimming and wear our shorts and short-sleeved shirts. We had a couple of days with rain while we were there, but for the most part were able to play outside and go to the park everyday! The skies were blue and the temperature was perfect for swimming and playing outside.

On the way down, we bunked in at the Rupper's house. Here are Hailey and Anna being pirates. Arrr Matey
Carter lovin' some Grandpa time
Enjoying the fun and the lake on the ODriscoll's boat! The weather was sooo nice :)

Hailey playing with Grandma at one of the 5 different parks we played at.

The whole fam enjoying a nice pool owned by a neighbor. The first time we went we didn't have Daddy with us, so the second time was more fun having Daddy come with us!

At just 7 months I can already tell Carter is going to be a fish just like his Daddy! He loved his first couple of pool experiences.

My cutie kiddos enjoying a warm bath after swimming.Hailey at yet another park. She has really taken up climbing at the parks. She does awesome!
Carter watching Hailey run all over the place and wishing he could climb at the park too. ;)
One of the new parks in St. George has this big water feature. Lots of kids go in their swimsuits to play there!

On the way back home, we stopped in Salt Lake for the night and cousin Dallin took us to his park to play.
Thanks everyone for helping out and making our trip a success! Fortunately we were able to bring my Mom back with us and she helped a ton. After spending a week with us, she has returned to a much quieter house in St. George.

Cute pictures! I'm glad you were able to have some Tristan time! Your kids are so cute and they are getting so big! I know I need a blog, but I just feel like I don't have any pictures to put on it! Logan hates getting his picture taken, so that makes it hard too! Love you guys!

Uh Chrissy,
I can't believe you didn't post copies of your scrapbook pages-that in itself is worth it's own post! It was really great to see you and the kiddos. We will have to plan something together with all of us next month so our men can have some bonding as well-I'll be in touch!

Hello weekend friend!
I am glad to have you back in Namper on the same bench for church. Now, I just have to try to win Hailey's affection again...maybe by going fast in the stroller??
